At Rhino Outdoor Gear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet these conditions:

  • Unused & Unworn – Must be in original condition, with tags attached.
  • Original Packaging – The item should be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase – A receipt or order confirmation is required.
  • How to Request a Return
  1. Contact Us: Email support@rhinooutdoorgear.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item using a trackable shipping method. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status within 5–7 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with photos.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product, follow these steps:

  1. Initiate a return using our standard return process.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

(We do not process direct exchanges; this method ensures faster shipping.)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized/custom-made products
  • Digital/downloadable items
  • Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • After Shipment: The order must be returned under our standard return policy.

Refunds

  • Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Bank Processing Time: Some banks may take additional time to process and post the refund.
  • Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, email us at support@rhinooutdoorgear.com.
